Yes. We regularly install customer-supplied equipment — Ring cameras, smart thermostats, video doorbells, smart switches and more. If a device turns out to be a poor fit for your wiring, we will tell you before installing rather than after.

A smart panel such as SPAN replaces your main panel and lets you monitor and control individual circuits from an app, including prioritising circuits during a backup-power event. It is a significant investment and makes the most sense when it is paired with solar, battery backup or an EV charger, or when you are replacing an aging panel anyway.

In Washington, homes generally require interconnected smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide alarms are required in residences as well. Interconnection means that when one alarm sounds, they all do. Existing homes are usually brought up to this standard during a remodel or a sale, and we handle both the wiring and the interconnection.
